What effects will it have on the performance of the contactor for communication?

When the control power voltage does not match the coil voltage, the following effects will be exerted on the performance of the AC contactor:
Damage to the contactor coil:
If the control power supply voltage exceeds the rated voltage of the contactor coil, it will cause the coil to overheat and get damaged. For instance, applying a 380V voltage to a coil with a rated voltage of 220V will result in damage within approximately 15 minutes. The higher the voltage, the shorter the time required for the coil to burn out.
Contactor holding performance:
If the control power supply voltage is lower than the rated voltage of the contactor coil, it will cause the contactor to fail to engage properly. This is because when the voltage drops to a certain level, the attraction force of the static core will decrease to the point where it is unable to attract the moving contact to overcome the counteracting force of the spring.
Contactor lifespan and stability:
Incompatible voltages can cause abnormal current in the contactor, and prolonged operation may accelerate the wear of the internal components of the contactor, thereby reducing its service life.
At the same time, unstable voltage may cause the contactor to have unstable on-off operation, thereby affecting the stability of the entire circuit system.
