Yes, our products have been certified by both UL 489 (for North America) and IEC 60947-2 (for the international market), fully meeting the installation requirements of the North American NEC (National Electrical Code) for new energy equipment (such as energy storage converters and heat pumps).
In a 1500V DC photovoltaic system, how do your MCBs ensure the safe interruption of the direct current arc?
We adopted a rotating dual-breakpoint structure combined with permanent magnet arc blowing technology to achieve rapid elongation and cooling of the DC arc. The rotating dual-breakpoint doubled the arc voltage, and the permanent magnet field drove the arc into the grid plates. Even at 1.5 times the rated voltage, the arc could be reliably extinguished without the risk of reignition. The product passed the DC load test by TÜV, and the energy limit during the breaking process was 30% lower than the industry standard, effectively protecting the downstream equipment.
In the V2G bidirectional charging scenario, the current direction will change. Does your MCB support bidirectional protection? Will the protection fail due to incorrect installation orientation?
Our MCB adopts an electromagnetic non-polar design. The contact system and the trip mechanism are completely symmetrical. Regardless of the direction from which the current flows in, the overload and short-circuit protection curves remain consistent. There is no need to distinguish between the incoming and outgoing terminals. Installation personnel can connect the wires at will, completely avoiding the risk of protection failure due to polarity errors. It is highly suitable for bidirectional energy storage and V2G applications.
Can the product withstand the extreme temperature differences, condensation and salt fog conditions of outdoor photovoltaic power stations? Are there any special protective measures for the internal materials?
Our MCB complies with the supplementary requirements of UL 489 for humid environments and has passed the 500-hour salt spray test. All the internal current-carrying components are treated with silver plating or nickel plating to prevent electrochemical corrosion; the shell material is added with anti-ultraviolet agents and flame retardants, and the working temperature range is extended to -40°C to +85°C. For high-altitude areas, we have conducted altitude correction calibration above 2000 meters to ensure that the insulation performance and interrupting capacity do not decrease.
Apart from the basic protection, can your MCB also integrate arc fault detection (AFCI) and ground fault protection (GFCI)? Does it support remote monitoring?
We offer AFDD + MCB integrated intelligent circuit breaker, which incorporates a microprocessor to real-time analyze the current waveform. It can accurately identify series/parallel arc faults and has adjustable grounding fault protection of 30mA/300mA. Additionally, through the built-in RS485 or Zigbee wireless module, it can upload data such as current, temperature, and arc events, and supports Modbus protocol. It can be easily integrated into third-party energy management platforms to achieve remote opening and closing operations as well as early warnings.
Does your MCB have the function of electricity metering? Can it provide real-time electricity consumption data?
Yes, our intelligent MCB integrates a high-precision measurement chip, which can measure voltage, current, power, power factor and cumulative electricity consumption in real time, with an accuracy of 1.0 grade. After the data is uploaded through the communication interface, the operation and maintenance personnel can conduct energy efficiency analysis on each photovoltaic string or energy storage branch, quickly identify inefficient circuits, achieve refined operation and maintenance, and significantly reduce the cost of manual inspection.
Does your MCB comply with RoHS and REACH standards? Are there any exemption statements for PFAS restricted substances?
Our products fully comply with RoHS 3.0 and REACH regulations, and no PFAS substances are intentionally added to any of the materials. We can provide third-party test reports and compliance certificates. At the same time, we are actively pursuing EPD environmental product declaration certification, and can provide carbon footprint data of the products, helping your projects gain bonus points in green building rating systems in Europe and America (such as LEED, BREEAM).
What is the MOQ and delivery time for regular orders?

Is your MCB compatible with the mainstream busbar? Does it have a simplified installation design?
Our MCB terminal blocks are compatible with universal busbar systems (including pin-type and fork-type), and offer double-hole crimp terminals that can simultaneously connect the busbar and wires, reducing wiring space. Additionally, we can optionally equip with quick-connect terminal technology, allowing for wire insertion without tools, increasing installation efficiency by 50%. A window for attaching labels is designed above the handle, facilitating on-site printing of circuit labels and avoiding confusion.
The design lifespan of the photovoltaic project is 25 years. How many years of warranty do you offer? In case of a batch of failures, how will they be handled?
We can offer a standard 25-year warranty, and for large projects, it can be extended to 30 years. During the warranty period, if any quality issues occur, we promise to provide a replacement service first: just provide the photo and serial number of the faulty product, and we will immediately send out a new product to ensure that your project does not stop.
